INDEMNITY

CHOICE OF LAW
This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of New York. Contactville may bring any lawsuit regarding these terms or the use of its website in the State of New York, County of Nassau or the jurisdiction of the person who has violated these terms or the rights of Contactville; but a lawsuit against Contactville shall be brought only in the State of New York, County of Nassau. In the event of a lawsuit in the State of New York, County of Nassau, the person who has violated these terms or the rights of Contactville consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, County of Nassau.

SEVERABILITY
If any clause or provision herein shall be adjudged invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by operation of any applicable law, it shall not affect the validity of any other clause or provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

ATTORNEY'S FEES AND EXPENSES
In any successful action by Contactville regarding a violation of these terms, Contactville shall be entitled to recover its attorney's fees and expenses incurred in such action.

WAIVER
The waiver or lack of enforcement by Contactville of a breach of any provision of these terms shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms may not be modified, changed or altered by any promise or statement. Only a written modification approved in writing by an officer of Contactville or posted to the Contactville.com website by Contactville shall bind Contactville.
